Scott has been serving the Grove since Easter 2010. With a soft spoken, conversational style, Scott delivers God’s Word in a relevant, meaningful way that makes it easy to apply Scripture to our lives. In their free time, Scott, his wife Ashley and their four fantastic children love spending time together as a family, and sharing the gospel with their fellow geeks at comic-conventions all across the country.

 

As a mom of three, Kara’s has plenty of experience helping kids build lasting faith in Jesus Christ! In order to give our children the best Bible teaching possible, Kara oversees a children’s church service in conjunction with the main service. This special time gives kids more opportunity for interaction and learning in a context and manner suited to their age and learning styles. Full of energy and enthusiasm, Kara provides an endless stream of creativity–ranging from puppet shows, to games, to object lessons.

 

A gifted musician and man of God, Dusty plans and organizes our Sunday morning worship time. At the Grove, you’ll hear a beautiful balance of contemporary and classic Christian music led by our worship team, consisting of signers and musicians both young and old. Dusty prayerfully and passionately ensures that each worship service invites the congregation into God’s presence and helps us to worship God joyfully each and every week.

 

As one of our elders, Chad is a mature yet fun-loving Christian man. He’s a husband and father of three, and an active member of our community. Working alongside our senior pastor, Chad coordinates activities – including laser tag outings, tubing on the lake, and weekend youth conferences – for our very active youth group.
